A DOZEN QUESTIONS
(12 of 12 Posts…… but due to amazing response,
there will be more than 12!)
The
Pivot Questionnaire comprises 10 questions. I have seen it used on the
television show Inside The Actor's Studio, presented by James Lipton.
Apparently Proust was the original inspiration. The modern
questions originated on a French TV show called Bouillon de Culture, hosted by
Bernard Pivot. I have expanded the questions to 12.
(For
the time being, this idea is restricted to Northern Ireland's creative
artists in any field, literature, music, broadcasting, etc. If you are one

This post’s special guest is Kathy Clugston
who comes from Belfast and is a freelance radio presenter.
She is often heard as a newsreader/announcer on BBC Radio 4 but also pops up on
Radio 4 Extra, World Service and Radio Ulster, where she takes part in A
Perforated Ulster with the Hole in the Wall Gang.
She has written a book called ‘A Brief History of Tim’ and a musical about Radio 4 which was performed in 2014. She lives in London. For me, Kathy has one of the warmest, most calming and friendly voices on radio. One quotation on her website describes the voice as "gloriously succulent".
